  Munchkins the size of marbles with no icing. Was told the icing came off in the cooking process. Who puts icing on BEFORE you cook something? Now I know why the parking lot is always empty!

  Construction is done and the new Drive through Dunkin' Donuts is complete. I'm so excited it's finally here I took my family today and we got a dozen plus some coffee. The service was very friendly drive-through was quick and it's a perfect location right off interstate 95. Definitely recommend for families or anyone who likes DD.

  If I could rate Dunkin' Donuts a zero, I would. My daughter purchased a half a dozen donuts from this location and the donuts were dry and stale. My daughter did not receive a receipt from the cashier. And because of this the manager (Maureen Stevens) could not replace the donuts. And to make matters worst. Maureen did not want to provide her name or her managers name.She was rude to my husband and myself. I have no idea how some people are hired as a manager and have the worst customer service. This was not my first time receiving donuts that weren't fresh from this location. This is my first time taking the donuts back. My suggestion to the owner: If you plan on staying in business with this particular staff; CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING is needed and HOLDING times for the donuts are needed IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!
