I was polite and told them I knew how fast food went... buuuut I had been deprived of my paid fries. she gave me a FULL refund and a few coupons to compensate for the poor service. the rest of the un messed up food was amazing. This was around 1030 pm on the 10 of a Tuesday night of 2017 so whoever was managing was definitely so much help. way to go sheets, GREAT night manager!!!September 24, 2016
